Why is it ok to connect feedback signal to the plug in module which is non safety rated ? Also how does a test output signal work for the EStops ? Does it go low intermittently to confirm estop not bypassed ?

In omron edge monitor tab is used to monitor this. In studio 5000 do we have this feature?

In the Tuning procedure, is the motor remaining uncouple or couple with gearbox and machinery? When we change a new motor or new inverter or change a new power cable, should we repeat the tuning procedure?

Wrong. Simple as that. Monitor...the device...what your wrong on is how the device is monitored. The device can me monitored, logged, and trended easily in HMI code and (importantly) arranged logically as to function which may or may not be how/where it was written.

So many of the online PLC training courses the instructor is just a programmer but has no training on how to teach and how people learn. Do you have any certified training on how to teach and how people actually learn?

I was just 10 years old when I had my first interaction with automation. It was with BASIC on 8bit PC in 1984. Actually, it was my mother's second husband to explained how to connect all the el. appliances at home to the computer and control them. When I started the PLC course I was somehow disappointed in the ladder logic as was already programming Arduino on C++ which is much easier. But a couple of weeks later I understood that is much more important to understand the ladder logic especially the relay logic which actually is based on Boolean algebra. In my opinion, if you don't know what are logic gates and binary system there's no point in losing your time trying to be a professional PLC programmer.
